Olly Olsen, co-founder of The Office Group, which is majority-owned by Blackstone, has welcomed a "big jump" in enquiries from firms looking to move to more flexible workspace. With the flexible offices landlord agreeing a string of deals in the months since lockdown began, including to BP, Olsen thinks the latest government guidance “will accelerate interest as more and more companies rethink their ways of working, forever.”
