Aviva Investors is targeting £10bn of investments into UK infrastructure and real estate projects over the next three years. Chief executive Amanda Blanc said the strategy, which will target everything from new student accommodation to renewable energy facilities, will help tackle the country's "sizeable funding shortfall", and "help our economy and communities bounce back" from the damage inflicted by COVID-19.
